Focusing on the role of the innovative educational leader as a key agent in curriculum and instruction 'reading' the learning strengths of the student and family connecting the generations to their inheritance. Matching how the student learns to what the student is learning through appropriate therapy choices builds the student's ability to process, store and use new information. Matching appropriate curriculum and educators, applying accommodations and modifications needed to pass the subject area class, meeting minimal requirements in their areas of personal challenge without sacrificing their identity as innovative entrepreneurs building skills in their areas of strength above and beyond their peers. Not only allowing, but encouraging 3dThinkers to think outside-of-the-box, to dream, and invent giving them time management and study skill strategies and success while navigating the subject area classroom requirements.
